His fascination with travel and his professional acumen have found a perfect blend in HRP, a venture he developed entirely on his own. Frank’s leadership is characterized by his relentless pursuit of excellence and his ability to envision and actualize innovative strategies.

Christian van Vorst, 40, is the co-pilot steering the HRP ship alongside Frank. Christian is the owner of iVavo, and his expertise lies in the field of hospitality. His journey began with international butler training, which laid a solid foundation for his illustrious career. Christian’s experience extends to managing leisure businesses and organizing high-profile events. His specialization in customer acquisition and sales, coupled with his deep understanding of the hospitality industry, makes him an invaluable asset to HRP.

Frank and Christian have been a formidable team for ten years, with the last three years marked by an intense and fruitful collaboration. Together, they form the executive team of HRP, bringing a personal touch to every aspect of the business. They are hands-on leaders, personally following up on all leads and overseeing implementation processes, training, and education.
